NantWorks, located in Culver City, CA., is a three-story, 62,000-square-foot, corporate headquarters with workspaces and office services for technology startups and other enterprises using sustainable products and design to highlight modern aesthetics. The project will also include a new rooftop amenity deck. The spacious rooftop deck is a shared space for tenants complete with outdoor dining areas and corporate event spaces where you can take in the beautiful views of Culver City.

Tile Tech Pedestals and 24×24 Porcelain Pavers in Flat Smoke and IPE Wood Deck Tiles crown the rooftop with luxury, transforming it into usable community space, perfect for entertaining. Additionally, the Tile Tech Paver products used to construct the rooftop deck added to the building’s LEED Certification.
